Pursuant to Company's code of conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure, Rajapalayam Mills has informed that the trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Company's Directors and other Designated persons (including their immediate relatives) from 1st July, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ending 30th June, 2023 to be approved at the Board Meeting to held for this purpose. The date of the Board Meeting would be intimated in due course.
