HBL Power Systems is planning for slump sale of two product lines viz. Power Electronics (PE) and Integrated Power Supplies (IPS) for the railways, to Moebius Power Electronics, Hyderabad wherein HBL remain as a shareholder. A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on June 28, 2023, to consider the same.
