Pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (‘the Code’), Surya Roshni has informed that Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company for persons specified under the Code, shall remain closed beginning from 1st July, 2023 onwards. The trading window will open 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of its un-audited financial results to the above-mentioned Stock Exchanges for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2023.
