Baroda Rayon Corporation has informed that the Company has made disclosure under Reg. 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for intimation of loss of share certificates on 24th June, 2023 vide acknowledgement no. 5758684. However, inadvertently the date on the covering letter was written as 23rd June, 2023 instead of 24th June, 2023. The Company therefore once again submit the same. The Company has requested to consider this submission as final and ignore the one which was filled vide acknowledgement no. 5758684.
