Thirumalai Chemicals has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 the trading window for the purpose of dealing in the shares of the Company has been closed from July 01, 2023 till 48 hours after the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending on June 30, 2023 are approved by the Board of Directors and made available at the website of the stock exchanges. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter ending on June 30, 2023 will be informed in due course. Accordingly, all Connected Persons/Designated Persons/Directors/Promoters are advised not to trade in the shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
