Pursuant to the Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), Scoobee Day Garments (India) has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ for purchasing/ selling/ dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed effective from July 1, 2023 for designated persons (and their immediate relatives) and will be opened 48 hours after announcement of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending June 30, 2023 to the Stock Exchanges. The date of proposed Board Meeting shall be informed in due course.
