Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and Company’s ‘Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’, Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for ‘Designated Persons’ from Saturday, 1st July, 2023 onwards, upto 72 hours after the conclusion of Board Meeting which will be held for the consideration and approval of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending 30th June, 2023. Further, pursuant to the aforesaid Code, since the 68th Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on 23rd August, 2023 (Wednesday), the Trading Window shall also remain closed from 16th August, 2023 until 26th August, 2023. Therefore, during the aforesaid periods, dealing in the Company’s shares is not permitted.
