Pix Transmisions has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and clarification given by BSE vide circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 and the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by insiders, the Trading Window of the Company for dealing in the Company‘s shares for all Directors/ Promoters/ KMPS/ Designated Employees/ Auditor/ Law firms, etc. of the Company and their immediate relatives would be closed from 1st July 2023, till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2023.
