In terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company's 'Code Of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor And Report of Trading By Designated Persons’ under the said SEBI Regulations, PBA Infrastructure has informed that the Trading Window of the Company for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Promoters, members of the Promoter Group, Directors, Designated Employees, connected persons covered under the said code and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st July 2023 till forty eight hours after the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter Ended 30th June, 2023 become generally available information. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter Ended 30th June, 2023 shall be intimated in due course.
