Pursuant to BSE Circulars dated 02nd April 2019 vide ref No. LIST/COMP/01/2019- 20, Flomic Global Logistics has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from 01st July, 2023 for the purpose of consideration of Un-audited Financial Result for the First Quarter Ended 30th June, 2023. The Trading Window shall open 48 hours after the Un-audited Financial Result for the First Quarter Ended 30th June, 2023 become generally available to public. Accordingly, all the Officers and Designated Employees (including Directors and Auditors) of the Company have been intimated not to trade in Equity Shares of the Company during the stated period.
