Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Adani Transmission has informed that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday 12th July, 2023 to Wednesday, 19th July, 2023 for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on Wednesday, 19th July, 2023. Further, the Company has fixed Wednesday, 12th July, 2023 as the cut-off date for the purpose of remote e-voting, for ascertaining the names of the Shareholders holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialised form, who will be entitled to cast their votes electronically in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the AGM.
