Kalpataru Projects International has raised Rs 300 crore by allotment of 30,000 Unsecured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs 1,00,000 each on private placement basis. The said NCDs will be listed on Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on June 21, 2023 has approved the same.
