Indo Borax & Chemicals has informed that in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives, the Trading window will remain closed from Saturday 1, July 2023 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the meeting of the Board of Directors to be held for the purpose of considering the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the company for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2023. The date of the board meeting to be convened for the aforesaid purpose will be intimated in due course.
