In accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 for Prohibitions of Trading by Insiders, M M Rubber Company has informed that the ‘Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain Closed for the Promoters, Directors, Designated Persons, their immediate relatives and insiders from 01st July 2023 until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending June 30, 2023. All the Promoters, Directors, Designated Persons, their immediate relatives and insiders are requested not to deal in any transaction involving the purchase or sale of the Company's shares during this period. The date of board meeting for consideration of unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending June 30,2023 will be informed in due course. Any insiders who deal in the shares in contravention of the provisions shall be liable for penal action.
