Modern Insulators has informed that as per the Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 & Code of Conduct framed there under, the trading window will remain closed from 1st July 2023 till 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2023 for all designated persons (and their immediate relatives) as defined in the code of the company. All the designated persons (and their immediate relatives) shall not trade in securities of the Company when the trading window is closed. The details of the date of the Board Meeting for approval of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2023 shall be intimated separately.
