East Buildtech has informed that the Company’s Code of Conduct framed in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing with securities of the Company for ‘Designated Persons’ specified under the Code shall be closed with effect from Saturday, 1 July, 2023 onwards till 48 hours after the announcement of un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2023 by the Company. Further, the notice of Board Meeting to consider and approve the aforementioned Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2023 shall be sent separately to the Stock Exchange.
