Genus Prime Infra has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on today July 01, 2023 (Commenced at 01.30 PM and concluded at 02:15 PM), has approved the following: Resignation of Kunal Nayar (Meb No. A42517) as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnal (KMP) of the Company, with effect from the close of business hours on 30th June, 2023, owning to his personal reasons. His successor would be appointed in due course and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange. The details as required under SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015, are given in Annexure-I.
