Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, Tide Water Oil Co. (India) has informed that the Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Company (RTA), Maheshwari Datamatics is in receipt of proper documents from shareholder in respect of his request for issuance of duplicate share certificates and the same has been approved. Accordingly, in compliance with the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January 2022, a Letter of Confirmations in lieu of the original share certificates will be issued to the concerned shareholders within the prescribed timelines, as details enclosed.
