Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Listing Regulations, Kinetic Engineering has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 11th July 2023 to, consider: Preferential issue to Promoter and Promoter Group as the Board may deem fit, subject to the approval of the shareholders and Optionally Convertible Cumulative Preference Shares on Preferential Basis to Promoter and Promoter Group as the Board may deem fit, subject to the approval of the shareholders. Further, the company adhere with the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders as required to be implemented in terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2018, as amended.
