Ujjivan Financial Services has informed that the 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Friday, July 28, 2023 at 04:30 PM IST through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, rules made thereunder read with General Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and latest circular and applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations). Notice of the Meeting will be shared in due course. The cut-off date to determine the entitlement of members to attend the e-AGM through VC/ OAVM and also for e-voting will be Friday, July 21, 2023. The Company has engaged KFin Technologies for providing the facility to the members for joining the e-AGM as well as for facilitating the e-voting.
