Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), Gensol Engineering has informed that the Company has in the first quarter of fiscal 2023-24 ended June 30, 2023, in normal course of business, received orders from reputed clients for the development of solar power projects in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Jharkhand, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. The cumulative order value of these projects is pegged at ? 277,04,64,870, excluding taxes. Further in this regard an Investor Release issued by the Company is enclosed.
