Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Tinna Rubber and Infrastructure has informed that the company has recently entered into an Agreement for Purchase of Land to establish a new manufacturing unit at Village Varle, Taluka Wada, District Palghar, Maharashtra-421303. This state-of-the-art Greenfield plant, will have the capacity to process 60,000 tons of Old Used Tyres, annually. This new plant is situated at about 5 km from existing Wada Plant.
