Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has decreased its shareholding in ‘Exide Industries’. The corporation’s shareholding in ‘Exide Industries’ has diluted from 4,69,10,305 to 2,98,59,892 Equity Shares decreasing its shareholding from 5.519% to 3.513% of the paid-up capital of the said company. There is a decrease of 2% in holding during the period from December 17, 2020 to July 6, 2023.
