Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Dynavision has informed that it enclosed the intimation letter received through email dated 11th July 2023 from the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company -Integrated Registry Management Services, wherein the Company is informed regarding loss of share certificate and request for issue of duplicate share certificate to the shareholders as per the details enclosed. The Company will consider issuing the duplicate share certificates in the name of the Shareholder/ Transferee after expiry of the above-mentioned period.
