With reference to relating to proposed incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), Arihant Foundations & Housing has informed that, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has approved incorporation of Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company in the name of ‘Vinyasa Realty’ on July 10, 2023 under Corporate Identification Number U88100TN2023PTC161795. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 is attached as ‘Annexure A’.
