Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30(2) of the SEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015 (as amended on 14-06-2023) with respect to Clause 7C of Part A to Schedule - III thereto, GVK Power & lnfrastructure has informed after serving GVK Group lor 24 years, P V Rama Seshu (FCS - 4545) had resigned from the position of Vice President, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (KMP) of the Company on 1st June, 2023 and he will be formally relieved from his official responsibilities effective from the closing of business hours on 31st August, 2023. As required under the said Clause 7C of Part A to Schedule - III, it has enclosed a copy of his resignation letter.
