Nifty July 2023 futures close at a premium of 77.70 points over spot closing

Nifty July 2023 futures closed at 19462.00 (LTP) on Wednesday, at a premium of 77.70 points over spot closing of 19384.30, while Nifty August 2023 futures ended at 19561.70 (LTP), at a premium of 177.40 points over spot closing. Nifty July futures saw an addition of 3,630 units, taking the total outstanding open interest (Contracts) to 2,06,714 units. The near month derivatives contract will expire on July 27, 2023. From the most active contracts, HDFC Bank July 2023 futures traded at a premium of 7.00 points at 1643.00 (LTP) compared with spot closing of 1636.00. The numbers of contracts traded were 99,078. (Provisional) 

Reliance Industries July 2023 futures traded at a premium of 5.50 points at 2770.50 (LTP) compared with spot closing of 2765.00. The numbers of contracts traded were 40,668. (Provisional)

Housing Development Finance Corporation July 2023 futures traded at a discount of 2.05 points at 2729.95 (LTP) compared with spot closing of 2732.00. The numbers of contracts traded were 24,560. (Provisional) 

ICICI Bank July 2023 futures traded at a premium of 4.40 points at 948.40 (LTP) compared with spot closing of 944.00. The numbers of contracts traded were 22,315. (Provisional) 

JSW Steel July 2023 futures traded at a premium of 1.00 point at 801.00 (LTP) compared with spot closing of 800.00. The numbers of contracts traded were 21,222. (Provisional)
