In terms of Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations. 2015, Lords Ishwar Hotels has informed that the Company has received information through its Registrar and Transfer Agent ‘Bigshare Services’ from shareholders regarding loss/misplace of share certificates as per details enclosed. Presently RTA has received only request letter from shareholder for procedure to get duplicate share Certificates in lieu of the lost/misplaced share certificates. The Company/RTA shall initiate process for issuance of Duplicate Share Certificates only after receipt of requisite documents from the shareholder.
