MRF has certified that the details of securities dematerialized during the period from 01.04.2023 to 30.06.2023 as required under Regulation 74[5] of SEBI [Depositories and Participants] Regulations 2018, have been furnished to all the Stock Exchanges where the shares of the Company are listed. It has also confirmed that the Security Certificates received for dematerialization have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification by the Depository Participant and the name of the Depositories have been substituted as the registered owner in Register of Members.
