Deep Diamond India has received an approval from shareholders for the acquisition of Microcure Biotech. Microcure Biotech is in the business of manufacturing basic Pharma & FMCG products. The said acquisition is expected to be completed on or before the July 30, 2023. Cost of acquisition is restricted to Rs 1.83 lakh.

Deep Diamond India is in to manufacturing and wholesaling exclusive diamond jewellery. It also deals in loose diamonds, solitaries and gold frames.
