Pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 - for the quarter ended on 30th June 2023, Automotive Axles has confirmed that the securities received from the depository participants for dematerialization during the aforesaid quarter ended, were confirmed (accepted/rejected) to the depositories by them and the securities comprised in the said certificates have been listed on the stock exchanges where the earlier issued securities are listed. It has also confirmed that the said certificates received for dematerialization have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification and the name of the depositories have been substituted in the Register of Members as the registered owner within 15 days.
