Pursuant to the Regulation of 30 and other applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Surana Telecom and Power has informed that the Company has entered into a Slump Sale Agreement with SML Renewable, for selling of its Wind Energy Business Undertaking consisting of 1 No. 1250KW (1.25MW) SUZLON Make wind turbine Generator along with land, accessories and other assets and liabilities situated at Village Keluru, Taluka Mundargi, District Gadag, Karnataka on the agreed terms and conditions mentioned therein. Further to above, the details as required under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 and Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 are enclosed herewith as an Annexure - A.
