Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR, TIL has informed that it enclosed the Corrigendum to the Outcome of Board Meeting of TIL held on Saturday, 15th July, 2023. Subsequent to submission of the Outcome of Board Meeting on 15th July, 2023, it was observed that there was a typographical error in the same. In 3rd Para, 6th line of the submission, the date should be read as September 27, 2023 instead of September 27, 2022.
