Bank Of India has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/07/2023, to consider and approve Intimation of Board Meeting for Approval of Unaudited (Reviewed) Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2023. Further, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Bank of India Directors and Employees' Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window which was closed from Friday, 30.06.2023 (intimated vide our letter dated 23rd June, 2023) shall open after 48 hours of declaration of Q1 result in view of the aforesaid Board Meeting.
