Intec Capital has entered into definitive agreements with India Business Excellence Fund-II (IBEF-II) and India Business Excellence Fund-IIA (IBEF-IIA) for the purpose of issuance of 666,202 equity shares to IBEF-II and 274,122 compulsorily convertible preference shares to IBEF-II.
