TCPL Packaging has informed that the company has further invested in Rights Issue of its subsidiary company, Creative Offset Printers (COPPL) and has been allotted 95,722 equity shares, aggregating to Rs 5.00 crores. Post allotment of shares as aforesaid, the company holds 89.98 % of the share capital of COPPL. The disclosure required pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFO/CMD/4/2015 dated 9 September 2015 is enclosed as ‘Annexure A’.
