Loyal Textile Mills has informed that, the Company has received an intimation for loss of share certificate from the shareholder, Umesh L Gandhi (Folio No. 00005884) through Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (RTA) on 17th July, 2023. Subject to receipt of necessary documents from the shareholder, letter of confirmation (in lieu of duplicate share certificate) will be issued and informed to the stock exchange accordingly. The intimation letter of RTA is enclosed for reference and record.
