D B Realty’s subsidiaries -- Horizontal Ventures, Vanita Infrastructure and N.A. Estates on July 18, 2023 has entered into separate Share Purchase agreements to acquire equity shares of Siddhivinayak Realties (SRPL) subject to terms and conditions as contained in the respective Share Purchase Agreements. The price at which equity shares shall be acquired is Rs 79.615 per equity share, which aggregates to around consideration of Rs 62.09 crore.
