Jmt Auto has informed about Status Update disclosure on the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of JMT AUTO in furtherance to the Status Update disclosure dated 13th July, 2023. As the stakeholders are aware, JMT Auto (Corporate Debtor/ CD) has been under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process since February 23, 2022, as per the orders passed by the Hon’ble NCLT, New Delhi As intimated earlier, the resolution plan approved by the Committee of Creditors of JMT Auto was filed for approval with Hon’ble NCLT on January 20, 2023. The matter regarding consideration of the resolution plan was listed before the Hon’ble NCLT on July 17th, 2023, and the next date of hearing has been scheduled on July 31, 2023. All further updates on the status of the CD shall be announced on the website of the CD at www.jmtauto.com and on the Stock Exchanges.
