SRF has informed that the stakeholders relationship committee of the company at its meeting held on 19.07.2023 had approved issuance of the Duplicate Share Certificate(s) of face value of Rs 10 each, details whereof as enclosed, towards the application received from the shareholder for issuance of duplicate share certificate(s). As required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022, the Company shall issue ’Letter of Confirmation’ to the shareholders after compliance of required formalities.
