Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of SEBI Listing Regulations, Gem Spinners India has informed that it attached the report of the scrutinizer with the Voting Results of Postal Ballot in respect of resolution as set out in the Postal Ballot Notice dated 17th June 2023. The remote e-voting process concluded on Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at 5:00 pm (IST), post which the Scrutinizer has submitted their report on the result of the Postal Ballot. Based on the report of-the Scrutinizer, it has informed that Members of the Company have duly passed the Resolutions with requisite majority.
