Pursuant to Regulation 30(6) read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Craftsman Automation has informed that the credit rating agency- CRISIL Ratings vide their letter dated 20th July, 2023 has revised the Credit Ratings for the long-term bank facilities of the Company from ‘CRISIL A+/Positive' to ‘CRISIL AA-/Stable’, and for the short-term bank facilities of the Company from ‘CRISIL A1’ to ‘CRISIL A1+’.
