Further informed that it do not have any information / announcements to share with the Stock Exchanges under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations other than the information which are already in the public domain. It is not aware of the reason for the movement in the share price of the Company and it may possibly be market driven and / or is governed by the market conditions. It also confirmed that as and when there is any event or information that requires reporting under the Listing Regulations, the Company would duly comply with its reporting obligations in this regard.
