The agenda for the meeting includes among other things, consideration and approval of Standalone / Consolidated Un-audited Financial results and publication of Standalone/Consolidated Financial results for the First Quarter ended 30th June 2023. The company will be arranging to publish the Un-audited Financial Results in the Newspapers, as soon as the same is approved and taken on record by its Board at their above meeting. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will continue to remain closed from Saturday the 1st July 2023 to Sunday the 13th August 2023 as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading.
