As intimated by its earlier letter dated 30.06.2023, pursuant to the code to regulate, monitor and report trading by Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees and Connected Persons, employees of the Company and their relatives, as defined under the code, Trading Window Close period has already commenced from 1.07.2023 and would end 48 hours after the results are made public on 04.08.2023.
