Panama Petrochem has informed that the Forty-first Annual General Meeting of the Members of the company will be held on Tuesday, August 29, 2023 at 11:30 am IST through Video Conferencing (‘VC’)/Other Audio-Visual Means (‘OAVM’), in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India. Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, August 23, 2023 to Friday, August 25, 2023 for the purpose of the 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) and payment of dividend if declared by the Members of the Company at the AGM to be held on August 29, 2023.
