Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A (B) of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, IRCON International has informed that the company has been awarded the Composite works (Civil, Electrical and Mechanical) involving construction of Industrial Shop with Pre-Engineered Building (PEB), water supply system, drainage system, Electrification and illumination works, associated telecom works and supplying & commissioning of specified Mechanical Machineries (EOT cranes etc.) in connection with Detachment free rake examination facilities (Ph-II) at Exchange Yard of Bondamunda, South Eastern Railway at a total price of Rs.80 Crore. This work has been awarded by Workshop Projects Organization, Indian Railways on competitive bidding basis and the entire work shall be completed within 18 months from the date of issue of Letter of Acceptance upto 23.01.2025. The Letter of Acceptance has been received from Workshop Projects Organization, Indian Railways on 24th July, 2023 at 6:00 pm.
