Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’) as amended, Orient Electric has informed that the Company has on July 25, 2023 completed the sale of land parcels admeasuring a total of 23 acres situated in Dusakal Village Secretariat and Mekaguda Gram Panchyat, Hyderabad, Telangana, for a total consideration of Rs 35 crores. The said land parcels were held as assets for disposal. This sale transaction is not, in any manner, a related party transaction
