Road, Sherpur, Ludhiana, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2023. The Company has already intimated to the Exchange(s) on June 27, 2023 that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Saturday, July 1, 2023 till end of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results by the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2023.
