Further, in accordance with the SEBI Notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2022/66 dated 24th January, 2022 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January, 2022, a letter of confirmation in lieu of the physical share certificate will be issued to the said shareholder(s) of the Company within the prescribed timelines.
